All-on-4 is a breakthrough for people missing most or all of their teeth. Instead of one implant per tooth, a full arch of fixed teeth is supported on just four implants.
All-on-4 replaces an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using four strategically placed implants, often with a fixed temporary set of teeth fitted the same day. It is more affordable than individual implants for each tooth, usually avoids bone grafting, and gives a stable, natural-looking, fixed set of teeth that does not come out like dentures.
How it works
Four implants are placed in the arch, with the back two angled to use available bone and add stability. A full bridge of teeth is then fixed onto them, frequently on the same day as surgery.
